No objection to issuance of permit for signage at the Garage store, per supplemental materials received 11 March 2026, which indicate the storefront would no longer be replaced and the existing glass, doors, and architraves would be retained; the sign would be halo lit and not emit light from the face; the star in the letter "A" would not have LEDs; the sign would be installed above the entryway and the brick would be repaired where the existing sign is installed; and the new Garage sign would be installed in mortar joints and not into the brick. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
