No objection to issuance of revised permit for the construction of a six-story, plus occupiable penthouse, mixed-use building, per supplemental materials received ___ March 2026, which indicate parapet height was returned to previously approved height, height of mechanical screen increased to accommodate size of updated system, a portion of roof slab at single-story portion along M Street dropped 12" to eliminate visibility, extent of green roof increased, terraces removed at rear, mechanical screen moved 15" closer to north-facing exterior wall at rear of roof court, horizontal mullions at the south elevation curtain wall were added, Nana wall at the penthouse was replaced with a standard storefront system, and amenity space in the penthouse was increased, PROVIDED Option 2 is selected for the mechanical screen at southwest intake. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
