No objection to issuance of permit for sash replacement on eight windows at the front and three windows at the rear, per materials received 3 February 2026, which indicate the front windows would be single-glazed and rear windows would be double-glazed, with muntins to match original 1950s windows, PROVIDED the windows are single-hung. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
