No objection to issuance of permit for 33 rooftop solar panels, per the mock up completed 25 February 2026 and supplemental plans received _ March 2026, PROVIDED the eight panels that would be visible from public space are removed or reoriented so they are not visible from public space; an AC PV disconnect is not installed on the exterior of the south elevation toward the building face; the conduit on the rear elevation is installed as inconspicuously as possible and the applicant provide a scaled elevation or photo diagram to show the proposed path; the existing HVAC lines installed in 2025 on the south elevation toward the building front either are removed or painted to match the color of the existing wall. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
