No objection to issuance of permit to replace the existing wood fencing with a 7-foot-tall board-abutting-board untreated wood fence with horizontal cap board on top, per materials received 2 March 2026, which indicate the framing would face toward the interior lot and the "good" side of the fence would face outward.
Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
