Recommendation

Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for installation of solar panels, per supplemental materials received 3 March 2026, which indicate panels would be visible from Caton Place, including entire main block of building, and panels on ell, which would extend as high as 24 inches off of the roof. Insufficient photo documentation was submitted with regards to treatment of the rear elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
