No objection to issuance of permit to replace approximately 80 feet of a stockade fence with a 6-foot tall untreated wood stockade fence, per supplemental materials received 2 March 2026, which show the fence posts and framing would face toward the interior of the lot and the good side of the fence would face outward. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
