No objection to issuance of permit for reconfiguration of stoop from side-facing to street-facing, window and door replacements at rear are clad instead of previously-approved wood, and base and south-most wall on new addition are stucco instead of brick, per supplemental materials received 26 February 2026. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
