No objection to concept design for the construction of a single-family house on a vacant lot, per supplemental materials received 12 May 2026, PROVIDED the applicant add vertical dimensions to the elevation drawings to include the height to the eaves, cornice, gable, and lantern; the rear block is reduced in width and height; study the eaves on the rear block; consider openings on the east elevation of the rear two blocks; propose punched windows on the first and second floors of the rear elevation; drop the cornice one to two feet on front block and study its proportions, specifically the brackets; study alternative treatments at the third floor window heads so they are more vertical than
currently; and consider only one lantern at the front door. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
