No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of membrane and standing-seam metal roof, per supplemental materials received _ April 2026, PROVIDED the proposed metal roof with mechanically sealed, T-shaped ribs is not recommended, and the replacement metal roofing instead must match in kind the existing double-lock, standing seam metal roofing, including the seam height, panel width, lack of ridge caps, and color, and any down spouts to be replaced must be metal and black to match the color of the gutters. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
