Recommendation
No objection to revised concept design for garage addition, the construction of three dormers, and to add three half round windows on the facade, per the supplemental materials received 13 March 2026, PROVIDED the proposed garage is set back at least 8 inches from the existing house front; the dormer window over the proposed addition is the same size as the proposed dormers on the residence with the peak retained and slate between eave and sill; no panels are installed under the proposed half round windows and the window opening detailing matches the existing brick sill and aligns with the centerline of the existing half round windows; and the width of the cheeks and windows of the proposed dormers should match the match the width of the corresponding windows below and it is recommended that the wood siding on the sidewall of the proposed dormers is flush and matches the slope of the roof. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
