No objection to issuance of permit for the in-kind replacement of brick treads and landing and to paint the railing, per supplemental materials received 5 May 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates the cable that wraps around the landing is removed from public view. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
