No objection to issuance of permit to replace roof, per the supplemental materials received 11 May 2026, white indicates per the Old Georgetown Board's direction the entire gable roof would be replaced in kind with slate; if the cladding on the dormers, including their side walls and cheeks, are replaced it should be with the same slate proposed on the roof; if any gutters and downspouts are to be replaced the applicant must provide plans and show they must be round; and the applicant provide standard flashing details. Asphalt shingles are not recommended. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
