No objection to concept design for two-story rear addition and deck, per supplemental materials received 18 June 2026, PROVIDED the interior layout is reconfigured to retain the memory of the existing rear walls on the first and second floors; the windows and doors on the rear and east elevations have clear glass with no lo-emissivity coating in compliance with the Board’s Window Policy and Guidelines; the east "ribbon" windows are broken up into two or three windows in each opening so they are more in keeping with the proportions of the existing windows; and an expansion joint is provided between the existing and proposed brick. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
