No objection to concept design to install retaining wall and Washington Gas vault, per supplemental materials received 18 June 2026, provided the height of the antennae is identified; a guardrail is not installed on top of the wall unless the applicant provides sufficient written documentation from D.C. Public Space--not the D.C. Department of Buildings--and in the letter stipulate that a continuous evergreen hedge would be planted directly behind the fence as part of the permit submission; the a sample of the proposed stone cladding is provided to the Commission's office; and a sheeting and shoring plan is included. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
