The Commission regrets the changes were completed prior to review. No objection to issuance of permit for painting masonry, rear window installation, and light fixture relocation on the front elevation, per supplemental materials 18 June 2026. The proposed light fixture is supported. The applicant also is encouraged to safely remove the paint on the masonry to avoid trapping moisture. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
