Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for window and door replacement, including single-glazed, true-divided-lite windows on north and east elevations, and single-hung, double-glazed, simulated-divided-lite windows on west and south elevations, per supplemental materials received ___ June 2026, which show window sills at the top floor being lowered to align with adjacent window, PROVIDED a wall section for each type of window is provided, no exterior storms are installed, all proposed windows and doors are wood (no aluminum or clad), and brick mould is replaced to match existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
