No objection to issuance of permit to relocate the existing trellis from the existing rear wall to far east end of the rear yard and reduce its height and length and add two new posts, per supplemental materials received _ July 2026, PROVIDED the trellis is moved so it does not overlap the fireplace wall. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
