No objection to the issuance of permit for 29 rooftop solar panels with equipment and conduit installed on the rear elevation at the northwest corner of the residence, per mockup completed 12 February 2026 and supplemental materials received 9 September 2026, which include specifications for an Acrymax roof coating to be applied to the standing seam metal roof before solar installation because of the visible rust. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
