No objection to issuance of permit for removal of existing full-building-width awning, installation of blade sign for Mane Street on new brackets, replacement of rooftop HVAC, and installation of utility ladder at rear, per supplemental materials received 27 August 2026, PROVIDED any future vinyl signage is submitted for OGB review, and the masonry penetrations from existing brackets are repaired. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
