No objection to issuance of permit, per supplemental materials received ___ September 2026, PROVIDED the salvaged exterior stairs are similar to the historic photos in details and materials, shop drawings are submitted for the final stair design, new windows on the west elevation conform to the OGB Window Policy and documentation is submitted, and the muntins on the transom window above front door are removed and not reinstalled. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
