No objection to issuance of permit to replace the storefront and the second-floor window, per supplemental materials received 9 September 2026, which indicates the window detail drawing (4/A701) has been corrected to show single glazing; the vestibule ceiling wouuld made of exterior grade baltic birch marine plywood or similar and not Azek; the knee wall would be a painted cement composite board or similar panel material (minimum 3/4” thick); the ramp would be Mount Airy granite; and the brick would be repainted with breathable paint with the color and specifications included. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
