No objection to concept design for alterations to existing Concentrated Care Center, per supplemental materials received 21 September 2026, PROVIDED Option 1A is used, the terracotta layout relates to the storefront design, the height of the stone base at the columns is studied further for functionality, and the gap between the canopy and the building is covered. File design-development submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings, as well as material samples, for review by the Commission.
