Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for roof and skylight replacement, per supplemental materials received 2 October 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction includes a solar roof plan to confirm that the panels would be reinstalled in the same position and same height as the Board recommended for approval with OG 25-094; detail drawings have been included for all proposed flashing; and the curb-mounted bubble skylight will be replaced with a flat skylight and the curb will be reduced in height so it is as short as possible to effectively shed water in order to minimize its visibility from public space. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
