No objection to concept design for installation of metal fence at front, per supplemental materials received 14 September 2026, PROVIDED the fence height is reduced to 2'-8" so that the total combined height of the retaining wall and fence does not exceed 4'-0" at any point. Permit submission must include details on any new penetrations into the brick retaining wall, any proposed treatments/removal of the remnants of the previous fence posts and/or existing brick patchwork, and mortar type. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
