AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to the concept for the proposed two new nine-story office buildings as shown in drawings received and dated 6 June 2003, provided new construction is aligned with or set back from adjacent properties on Massachusetts Avenue. Further development of the glazing and apertures is suggested and any effort to reduce the height of the penthouse would be appreciated. The staff is available for guidance during the further development of the project. File new submission of working drawings, including site plan, elevations and details, with permit application for reviw by the Commission when ready.
