AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to the concept for proposed roof addition as shown in drawings received and dated 2 April 2004, provided slate is used as the roofing material. Recommend AGAINST the concept of the rear addition as currently proposed. Although a smaller addition to the existing structure may be acceptable, the current proposal is too large. File new submission of working drawings, including site plan, elevations and details, with permit application for delegated staff review when ready, provided all zoning issues are resolved including but not limited to: FAR, use, lot occupancy, set back requirements and height.
