No objection to the revised concept for renovation and additions as shown in drawings received and dated 4 November 2005 with the following exceptions. Replacement windows should match the profile and degree of daylight opening of existing windows. The proposed railing should have additional study and a mock-up for review. Visibility of revised structural elements in the corner should be minimized. Please coordinate with staff to continue review of this project prior to submission for permit.
