Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of permit for a small rear addition at the fourth floor level for an elevator penthouse and roof deck, a raised terrace with an arbor at the first floor level in the rear yard, and other alterations, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2008. Design conforms to previously approved concept design (see case number SL 08-079). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.
