No objection to the issuance of permit for the replacement in kind of windows, skylights, and roof; the modification and extension of rear decks and railings; and the enclosure of a second floor sunroom, as shown in materials received and dated 3 October 2008 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 October 2008. The design conforms to the previously-approved concept design. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
