No objection to the issuance of revised permit for a new performing arts theater incorporating two existing theaters, as shown in materials received and dated 7 November 2008. Design conforms to previously-approved revised concept design. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
