Recommend AGAINST the issuance of permit for replacement windows and doors, as shown in materials received and dated 7 November 2008 and supplemental materials received and dated 19 November 2008, due to insufficient information for review. File new submission, including detailed, dimensioned drawings of the existing and new windows and doors. No objection to the issuance of permit for replacement stairs and railings, new deck, new patio, new parking pad, and new roof-top air conditioning units, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 19 November 2008. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
