No objection to issuance of permit for site modifications at the south side of an existing house and, in public space at the north and east sides of the house, a Steeds holly hedge no taller than 46", two 20" square stone piers no taller than 42", and a painted metal picket gate no taller than 42", as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 14 October 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
