The design conforms with a previously approved submission, for which the permit has expired. Recommend that the applicant coordinate with the proposed United Unions entrance pavilion addition (SL 10-090). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
