As delegated to staff, no objection to the final design for the renovation and exterior modification of two adjacent town houses to convert them to one structure for use as the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house, as shown in materials received and dated 25 August 2010, provided that the details for the exterior railings are refined in consultation with staff. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
