Recommendation

As delegated to staff, no objection to the issuance of a permit for landscape and site modifications, including paving, planters, landscaping, benches, building identification signs, steps and ramps, flag poles, a canopy, and provisions for a future sculpture, as shown in materials received and dated 2 March 2011 and 15 March 2011. Forward a submission for site modifications in the public space along New York Avenue following a coordination with other public space projects along the avenue. Note: any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval. NOTE: This recommendation was dated 17 March 2011.
