No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications at a retail entrance, including stairs, railings, paving, a retaining wall, and a new door and sidelight, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2012, with the exception of modifications to the existing stone water table, the review of which is delegated to staff for stone selection and detailing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
