No objection to the issuance of a permit for two wall-mounted, externally-illuminated signs, one free-standing menu case, and one projecting entrance canopy in public space for Joe's Stone Crab, as shown in materials received and dated 8 November 2013 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 November 2013, pending the receipt of revised drawings. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for a second projecting entrance canopy in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 8 November 2013 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 November 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
