No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two new awnings with signs on the east facade, one new awning with a sign on the north facade, new louvers on the south and north facades, and an entrance door on the north facade for SoHo Cafe, as shown in materials received and dated 8 June 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 July 2018. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the other proposed awnings and signs. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
