No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for the renovation of and addition to an existing single-family residence to convert it for use as a multi-family residence, including work in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 7 September 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 September 2018, pending the receipt and review of exterior material samples. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
