No objection to the concept for modifications and an addition to an existing parking structure to accommodate a new collections and research center below the lower garage deck, as shown in materials received and dated 5 October 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 October 2018, PROVIDED that the applicant consult with staff on the design of the proposed sign, the proposed green screen on the east facade of the addition, and the proposed modifications to the site prior to submitting for permit. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
