No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of replacement wood windows and the construction of a new inverted dormer on the north-facing roof, and a new exterior ramp, stair, and areaway, as shown in materials received and dated 28 January 2019, PROVIDED that a new shade tree be planted to replace the tree proposed to be removed for the ramp, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.  Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
