No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement membrane roof at the flat roof portions of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 8 February 2019. Previously proposed installation of an asphalt shingle roof to replace an existing slate roof at the sloped roof portions of the house was removed from the scope of work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
