No objection to the issuance of a permit for masonry demolition and reconstruction at the facades of an existing building to provide access for a riser replacement project, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2019, PROVIDED that no brick be sawcut during the demolition, and PROVIDED that the replacement brick and mortar joints match the existing brick walls exactly in range of color, profile, and finish, with a seamless appearance from old to new. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
