No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing office building for the Coalition of Airline Pilots Association, including the construction of several small additions, the replacement of the north facade and renovation of the south facade, and the reconfiguration of the existing roof deck and roof structures, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2019, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission conforms with previously approved concept. Submission does not include exterior signs; forward a new submission for signs that comply with the sign regulations for Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
