No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a replacement deck and new screened porch at the rear of an existing house, and for the relocation of two mechanical units and the construction of a screening enclosure in the rear yard, as shown in materials received and dated 7 June 2019 and supplemental materials received and dated 12 June 2019 and 13 June 2019. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
