No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing exterior elevated slab and an existing window to convert this area to a second floor balcony, including the addition of new railings and a new door, as shown in materials received and dated 5 July 2019 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 July 2019, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
