No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house, including the construction of a small sauna structure with associated green roof, walkway, and railings at the main roof; the installation of a solar panel array and green roof at the uppermost roof; and modifications to existing window and door openings at the front and rear facades, as shown in materials received and dated 5 July 2019, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new metal pergola and deck at the front of the house, as shown in materials received and dated 5 July 2019. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
