No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing private office building for use by the Richard Wright Public Charter School, including the insertion of new window and door openings at the first floor, a new green roof, and modifications to the site, as shown in materials received and dated 7 February 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 February 2020. Submission conforms with previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
