No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house and site, including a cellar addition, the conversion of one window to an exterior door, the widening of an existing garage door entrance, the replacement of existing retaining walls and fences, and other modifications to the site, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2020, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
